Vicki is an experienced nursing leader with 30 years in the profession. Currently Nursing Director for Surrey and Sussex Cancer Alliance, she holds an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and established the first Macmillan Acute Oncology Service in Southampton in 2011. Vicki is passionate about nursing leadership and developing staff to their fullest potential. Her portfolio spans nursing and AHP leadership, treatment, personalised care, patient experience, workforce and education. A committed advocate for improving patient access and experience, she chairs the UKONS National Lead Cancer Nurse Forum and is an active member of the UKAOS hotline working group.
